The Urapuntja Health Service Aboriginal Corporation Staff Accommodation Project delivered three purpose-built accommodation units to support healthcare professionals servicing the Utopia region.
Delivered within a remote Aboriginal community, the project provides safe, modern and functional accommodation that assists with the recruitment, retention and wellbeing of staff delivering essential healthcare services across more than 16 homelands.
MK PMC provided project management and contract administration services, coordinating stakeholders, consultants and contractors to successfully deliver the project from planning through to handover.
Currently under construction, the Urapuntja Health Service Aboriginal Corporation Community Splash Park is being developed to provide a safe, inclusive and engaging recreational space for children, families and visitors within the Utopia region.
The project has been designed to support community wellbeing, encourage outdoor activity and create opportunities for social connection through the delivery of modern water play infrastructure, shaded gathering spaces and supporting amenities.
A key feature of the project is the incorporation of advanced UV filtration and automated water quality management systems, helping to provide a safe and hygienic environment while supporting long-term operational sustainability.
MK PMC is providing procurement, project management and contract administration services, coordinating stakeholders, consultants and contractors throughout delivery.
