Creating Additional Community Value

Throughout project delivery, MK PMC worked closely with Urapuntja Health Service Aboriginal Corporation to identify opportunities to maximise the value of available grant funding.

Following the delivery of the accommodation project, surplus funds were identified within the approved budget. Rather than returning these funds unused, MK PMC collaborated with the client and funding stakeholders to develop an alternative scope that would provide ongoing benefit to staff, visitors and the wider community. The approved initiative included the construction of a new outdoor shaded gathering space, providing a functional and welcoming area for staff, visitors and community members.

This outcome demonstrates MK PMC's commitment to ensuring every dollar invested delivers the greatest possible benefit to the communities we serve.
